Every patient we take on is guaranteed two years of medication before they are told they have a sponsor.
That guarantee is the whole programme, and it is why we ask for what we ask for.
We do not sell a monthly subscription, because we cannot start a patient we cannot finish. The unit is two years of one person’s medication.
These are the prices we actually pay, not estimates. Pulmonary hypertension therapy costs several times what heart failure therapy costs, which is why the two figures are so far apart.

A coordinator connects you with a trustee. Ask anything: which patient, which drugs, what the two years actually buy.

Payable to SPANDANA HEART FOUNDATION. No cash, UPI, or online transfers. Every rupee is traced from donor to patient.

Couriered within seven working days of the cheque clearing.
We accept donations in Indian rupees only. No FCRA registration; foreign contributions not accepted.
A doctor refers the patient, not the patient themselves. Enrolment begins when a treating cardiologist contacts our coordinator.
The coordinator assesses need and adds the patient to the waiting list. Clinical need and financial need are both assessed.
We do not enrol a patient until two years of medication is funded and in hand. Stopping halfway is worse than never starting.
The pharmaceutical company dispatches the medicines each month, directly. No cash passes through the patient’s hands, and none through ours.
